Birthday Cake Celebration Package
To help needy families in Pooler we provide a “Birthday Cake Package” for children (under the age of 18) in their birthday month for families registered to receive assistance through Loaves and Fishes food pantry.
The package consists of a foil cooking container, cake mix, icing, birthday card, candles and a can of soda. Eggs and oil are not needed if you use a can of soda for the liquid. We even include some sprinkles for some of the cakes.
This helps children who might not get to celebrate their birthday without some assistance. We love hearing about the surprised and happy children who got to celebrate thanks to a little help!
In the year 2023 we helped 39 Children have a happy birthday
