Holiday Card Program
To spread cheer to the elderly in Pooler living in nursing homes, we deliver holiday cards and a small sweet treat around several holidays.
We visit “Resorts at Pooler”, “The Oaks” and “Legacy at Savannah Quarters.” We visit close to Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day/July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The residents love to have visitors and we enjoy putting a smile on their faces.
