Thank you for signing up for the Pooler Lion’s Club Annual Chipping for Charity Golf Tournament. You can use this to pay for one, two, three or four members of your team.
To ensure the cost of the payment processing fees are not taken out of the amount we are able to donate to our cause, we add a 4% service fee onto our price.
